I can`t log on..

When you are at the Cinema and the app does not want to log in to the cinema screen when you type in the 4 digits:

It's most often the  app that has not been updated to the latest version. 

It’s a good idea to set your CineGame app to auto update. That way you are sure that it always works.

Note that you are always logged into the app itself. but that you might want to make sure your email is set under "me" - "profile" and "email" so you can restore your prizes on a new phone etc.
